Do I need to open an account? There is no charge to open an account and you will benefit by quicker checkout procedures. In addition we will notify you of new titles and sale events. However, you may order without opening an account.

How do I order? If this is your first time buying something, you'll want to place items in your shopping cart by clicking on Add to Cart or Buy Now. Proceed to Checkout through our order form by clicking on the link Checkout at the top of the page.

How do I find what I'm looking to buy? If you know what you're looking for, click on Search at the top of the page. Enter a term or two into the search box and click on the Search button.

How much do you charge for shipping? Because we ship from Manchester UK all over the world, we have a lot of experience. We have developed a shipping method that is based on 3rd to 5th day delivery. Our rates are based on your country. When you fill out the shipping address, that address uses our selection for your country. You do not select the shipping method. If you feel your shipping cost is too high, please process the order and contact our office to discussion your situation. We will refund any excess shipping cost.

How can I pay? Is it safe to use my credit card? We have two methods of payment: PayPal and Pay by Check. You can select PayPal at the beginning or end of the checkout process. You can select Pay by Check only at the end of the checkout.

Why is PayPal preferred? We strongly prefer using PayPal as it is the most secure system and is we are notified instantly of your purchase. This is fastest way to get your items. We manually ship. We can make refunds or other adjustments to you easily using PayPal, You do not need a PayPal account as PayPal will let you check out as a guest using your own credit card.

Paying by Check is a manual system. We will contact you to determine how you want to pay, including credit cards. The manual system is not as secure, but we know some of you need to have a purchase order or special invoice. NO books will be shipped until payment is received in the TI office.

How do I receive the 20% member discount? All orders are manually checked against our membership directory AFTER we received the order. If you qualify for a discount, you will receive a refund. This process can take a day or two after you submit your order. If you believe you are entitled to a discount and did not receive one, please contact the TI office.

How will I know when to expect shipment? The TI has a manual packing and shipping system. We will send you an email with the shipping date and any adjustments in shipping. We try and ship within a day or two of receiving payment. Please contact us. We offer personal service on any questions.

How do I obtain a receipt?You will receive an automatic email confirming your order. Please let us know if you do not receive this confirmation.
